I found Home Computer Fix while searching for laptop repairs. Roger was professional and extremely knowledgeable about how to fix the hinge on my laptop.From the first point of contact Roger explained what he was going to do and gave a rough time estimate.Throughout the process Roger kept in touch and the repair was fixed in a matter of days. Super friendly and reliable and highly recommended. If I have any issues again I know that I can contact Roger and trust the job will be done right.

Found Roger via his 5* Google reviews - I can confirm he definitely deserves this rating! I contacted him earlier today advising my laptop had slowed down, dropped it off with him this afternoon, agreed to his quote, an within two hours he had swapped out my old hard drive for a new SSD. He then kindly dropped the laptop back to my house free of charge tonight. A pleasure to deal with, highly recommend.

I had an ongoing problem with my printer. Roger picked up the printer and my computer and returned them the next day. Both are now working perfectly.The speed of return and the present performance of my computer is outstanding. I will definately use his services again.

Outstanding, reliable service!I contacted a number of technicians for help however Roger came to my rescue and was the first to promptly respond and deal with my laptop issues. I handed my laptop to him in the morning and got it back the same day in a much better, superb condition.I could not fault his service. I will, without doubt, be contacting him should I have any further computer issues.I would highly recommend Roger!

I made an exasperated and desperate call to Roger, who could tell how I upset I was after my sons home built and much used PC essentially died. He had college assignments due and we'd spent 24 hours trying everything we knew. Roger let us drop the PC off within a few hours and worked on it late into the night. I received an update call a few hours later and then a message in the early hours advising it was fixed.I cannot rate Roger highly enough!!!He understood that we needed his help. He was kind and understanding and kept us updated and we trusted him completely.Roger is a legend in our house now and we can't thank him enough!!!
