The owner was fantastic! He came and greeted me and gave me the nicest tea on the house. Customer service was excellent. Highly recommended to everyone in Bristol.

Came last night with group of friends and we had the best time there. The staff was so awesome and friendly. Amal is sooo wonderful welcoming us with a big beautiful smile . Kane was really really nice one too, very patient person, wonderful soul and very professional.The shisha is amazing and well done. And prices are great and worth it actually.The other staff is very nice too. They make you feel valued , no complain like soo many other lounges . They are always smiling making you feel comfortable and respected.I would definitely recommend this place if you want to have great shisha and wonderful time.I would definitely visit it again when i am in Bristol again.

Not worthy anymore. I went with 3 friends to order a shisha, drink and eat something like we did few times in the past.When we ordered the shisha, they said they changed their policy and now, they serve one shisha for every 2 people in the table, when it's even more expensive than before (£18 for shisha).Then we decided to cancel the order because they didn't explain this in the beginning but a waitress said in a unpolite way that we couldn't cancel the order because was almost done and I had to pay it. She was very disrespectful and unhelpful.I paid it but definitely I'm not coming back for a bad service and a non-sense policy. Was a very uncomfortable situation.

Very elegant shisha bar , their price is fair and the seating area is very comfy and cosy.Highly recommended to all
