North Avenue Surgery

We have moved to North avenue surgery few months ago ( my mum is with them for years ) and all I had was a lovely experienceAlways kind and polite receptionist and always have appointments for us neither me or my son exactly on the day when we need themThanks a lot

I don’t normally do reviews… but i want to say that my experiences with this GP surgery really have been amazing. I only moved to this surgery about 6 months ago. I’ve had to see Dr Barusya a good few times for me and my baby & she has been amazing! Whether it was over the phone or in person. She has always been so kind and helpful. She even helped keep my very active baby happy while I was weighed and had my blood pressure checked.I’ve never had an issue with getting an appointment & the receptionists are all very helpful.I want to also mention how lovely the nurse was when my baby had her injections. She was so friendly and made me and my baby feel at ease.Huge thank you to all the staff at this GP

After almost 6years i left.... The receptionist is very rude and has no manners. I did make a complaint about her because she is just a person answering the phone, she either needs to go to a charm school and learn how to conduct herself, or leave the job....We as people have to respect them and we are not aloud to be rude, yet this one individual thinks she can be a bully..... HOPEFULLY they will sack her one day..

The blond haired, middle aged female receptionist is categorically the rudest receptionist I have ever encountered. I have had continuous issues with this individual. she is obstructive, curt, impolite, and makes an occasionally stressful process of visiting the doctors even more unpleasant.

Great doctors who we have been seeing for years. The receptionists we have also never had a problem with and are always such a laugh. The only problem we have had is, it can be trouble getting an appointment right away as they are always super busy, but that's probably more to do with the NHS in general. Otherwise they are generally really good.

The rudest receptionist I have ever encountered in my life. Appointment’s run late despite the fact the doctor seems to do the bare minimum and the surgery is closed for half the day anyway, would not recommend to anyone.

Completely useless. The lady doctor doesn't seem to know anything at all. They are always running behind. The receptionist are grumpy and rude. The only doctor who knows what he is doing is semi retired, so you can hardly ever get an appointment to see him. Don't think I could possibly think of anything good to say about this doctors surgery.EDIT: Ended up with fertility issues because of the false information the lady doctor gave me.Avoid!

As others have said.. the receptionists (bar one) very abrupt...rude(like they have no care for your call..your bothering them). Also don't feel I could have received a better standard of care in line with what should be expected given a recent diagnosis of health condition.

You'll only get good care if you see Dr Shah.Receptionists are rude it's not even worth talking to them if you can help it. I've been with this surgery over 5 years and looking to move surgeries, but this can be quite hard now days.Kathy, is the only nice lady there that I've spoken too who will actually help.It amazes me how they get away with speaking to patients the way they do and with the lack of care they show.

Rude receptionist not on just one occasion but Most.Can hardly ever get an appointment with the doctor and when you do it’s useless, mostly common sense.Avoid! place needs a good looking at.
