I bought a Transit from Northside and I can’t thank Matt enough for the after sales experience. After a few weeks the wet belt snapped. As it was low mileage this should not have happened. Northside would not have picked the fault up presale, and weren’t to blame. However, Matt (Northside) without hesitation took charge a made sure the van was repaired fully. In this, it was an engine rebuild which took some considerable effort. Northside gave me an identical van to use in the meantime which was invaluable as we were getting married and needed it for logistics. The repaired van was delivered to my home in Derbyshire without fuss. All in all I cannot recommend Northside and their team enough for their efforts. Thank you

I bought my Nissan X Trail from Matthew at Northside and nothing was too much trouble, I worked in the motor trade years ago for a family firm where customers were important and things had to be right, from the first phone call to Matthew i had confidence that i was speaking to someone who had the same work ethic .I live a long way away and was unable to get to Northside so they brought the car to me. Purchased an additional van for my business. Had a couple of issues that came up within the first couple of days of ownership, Matthew was very quick to address and remedy, so I couldn't fault his after sales service, I would certainly recommend. The Transit Connect we purchased is now sporting our company branding and is a great asset to our business.
