Stay away! Paid full price only to receive my furniture half broken by cowboy builders who claim they are professionals!Used them for carpets before they were good, but realised they are now overpriced.Due to me getting carpet from them I decided to order some furniture and that’s when it was terrible. No after sales service, builders broke some areas of the furniture, left some screws saying they are extra ( a family member had the same furniture from another shop and there is no extra screws)Stay well clear

Ordered something and received something else. after sale behave very bad. Furniture quality is not good.

This is a great retailer to come to get your flooring and carpentering done, we had a loft extension and came to this shop to do our flooring and furnishing. They offered us great ranges of product and prices and was impressed by the service and on hand manager(Mr J Kibria).

I recently bought a sliding wardrobe which was fitted by completely inexperienced incompetent fitters who were trying to make out that due to the floors in my property being uneven the doors were not sliding shut, had previously had a sliding wardrobe in the very same place which was fitted by professional fitters and it was sliding perfectly, therefore I know they are talking aload rubbish, also the pole for hanging clothes on was so far forward that the hanger half sticks out (see images) I had to call them twice but the problems were not resolved i would not recommend this shop to anyone for anything! I also feel its very cheeky for the owner (Jubayer Kibria) to rate his shop 5 stars.

They stole my old mums money and ontop of that when I went to confront them there was a customer who happened to be an elder lady who was complaining about giving her wrong order and overpriced.irs clear to say they are targeting elderly and vulnerable.please do not hand over no money or even deposits you will never see the money again.you can tell how much fraud is going on the owner is so fat he's been eating peoples wealth good and telling lies.

THESE GUYS ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE GUY'S WHO WORKS FOR THEM THEY ARE TOTTAL JOKES THEY DON'T HAVE ANY EXPERIENCE IN ANY JOBS MY ADVICE IS PLEASE AVOID THEM OR YOU WILL BE CRYING?
