We have travelled with Bolero on a number of occasions in both Spain and Italy. The attention to detail is incredible and the sites that the company use are the best that the country has to offer.Bolero source only the very best facilities for their clients and with so many years in the business there aren't any questions that they cannot answer.I would unreservedly recommend Bolero to everyone and wish them continued success.

This is a English travel agency who have trips to Union Lido in Italy. A verry beautyfull place. I wish that we also had trips to Union Lido here from Norway.

Unfortunately, due to no fault of our own, we had to cancel our trip to Union Lido in mid June due to the ongoing Covid 19 situation. Sought a return of our deposit on this basis. Bolero advised they will not be returning our deposit. I asked to transfer the deposit to the booking of a holiday the following year. Again refused and no alternative given. For Bolero to take this stance in these unprecedented times is very disappointing.
