Good quick service, friendly and helpful staff. Advice on other work that may in future need doing but not pushy salesman way. Just all round helpful and polite staff

Appalling service, the receptionist, was inattentive to the point where he asked me for the locking wheel nut key I Had placed it with the car key Infront of him on the desk. Then after waiting half an hour for an appointment at 11:30 I asked him what was going on, I pointed out that I had already waited half an hour and the car had not moved, he glibly replied it Woh be ready by his estimated time of completion The car was returned 5minutes late of the time.the work requested had not been carried out. I had asked for the wheels to be rotated front to back, It seems Kwik fit have a new policy to fit new tyres only on the rear! I now have to move them myself. Not recommended!

i wrecked 2 tyres outside Strood Kwickfit. Guys couldn't have been more helpful - car in bay within a few minutes, one hour later i'm driving home with new tyres. What better could i ask for? Very pleased indeed.

Every time I've gone to a garage I've been made to feel really awkward, unwelcome or stupid. In fact, the last time I had my tyres changed, I paid £250 up front, online via the garages booking website they then magically charged me an extra £90 in what they said was tax when I got there and wouldn't let me have my car until I paid it. These things happen a lot as a female and it makes the thought of going into a garage quite sickening. But this didn't happen at Kwik Fit and I actually can't thank them enough for how pleasant the experience was. I felt welcome, I felt comfortable, I was charged a reasonable price for everything and whats more is I know I was charged the same as the men. I feel like for once I wasn't taken advantage of so I'll definitely be coming back for my next service! I was also a walk in and wasn't pre-booked so was really thankful that they were able to slot me in and work on my car as quickly as they did. I hope they all get the recognition they deserve.

Today I telephoned Kwik Fit 8.30am for brake light bring out. I had an appointment booked in for 4 30 pm same day. I was running early and my car was seen straight away - 40 mins ahead of apt time. Guy assisted, Dan was brilliant. Even though there was a tricky customer who was unnecessarily moaning about EVERYTHING and ANYTHING Dan remained calm and professional! Well done Dan and great work Kwik Fit Strood!

The staff in this branch go over and above when doing their job. They are trustworthy and honest. Simon, (?manager) is always helpful and will fit in appointments however busy they are. After being treated pretty badly at Gravesend Kwikfit I had vowed never to use them again but following an emergency I had no choice but to use Kwikfit in Strood and it couldn’t be more different. Excellent team.

The staff at Kwik Fit Tyres were not only professional but also incredibly friendly. They took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and provided a detailed breakdown of the costs upfront. Their customer service went above and beyond my expectations.

The problem was actually cause by Kwik-fit but there was no arguments over putting things right and everything was sorted to my complete satisfaction. I am a long standing customer of kwik-fit and will always remain so. Things do go wrong but the sign of a great company is when they take responsibility and deal with it- no fuss, no argument.

Recently went to Kwik Fit strood with a very small slow puncture. A simple plug would have repaired it but the kids there refused to even try. Forcing me to buy a new tyre. Since then I have taken the tyre to another tyre fitter who repaired it in no time. Avoid these like the in laws.

The car failed because they were trying to tell me to take the car to a colleague for non existant wiring repairs. It passed elsewhere with no issues and no repairs because there was no wiring problem, so glad i didnt listen to this scammer. Be ashamed of yourselves, Kwik fit!
