What a great and friendly service. The lady who served me this morning genuinely made not only my morning but my whole day!Best breakfast roll I have had in a long time however, I'll go back again and again just for the great service with a smile.

The sandwiches and cakes are fabulous especially the chicken mayo and Baverian slice but just wish the younger staff looked like they wanted to serve you.

Some breakfast items unavailable. Same item costs different amounts on different days - staff do not seem to understand the price list and do not appear to be happy to be there. Staff turnover is high.

I randomly bought a sausage roll from Sayers in Knutsford. Terrible. I can honestly say that was inside it bore little resemblance to meat. Quite typical of these sort of British 'bakers'.

Pleasant and helpful staff but a miserable selection of breads and buns. Still quite poor in range of products.
