What a lovely place. Just want to say the young man who served my friend and me was absolutely lovely. Very professional and kept coming over and asking if we were ok and did we need anything. Spot on!

Nice setting, great service and great atmospherebut from what I experienced, it’s NOT a craft beer place.I had a choice between 2 beersI chose a wine!!Response to reply:You will need to train your staff better if that’s the case because I asked a young lad what craft beer you had he showed me three taps and said that’s it. Stop off beer in stables is always a good thing. Lovely pint of unfiltered Stella from friendly staff.The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was last twice we could only get seats upstairs for 1 hr, I think upstairs is a bit out the way for atmosphere compared to downstairs.My fault I know for not booking

Such a quaint little pub offering a great atmosphere. A great selection of craft beer and whisky, a shame there wasn't more islay options, but that would be unfair to takeaway from them for the options they do offer.

We have been in here twice before and really enjoyed it so we pre booked a table for drinks before tapas along the road. The only table available unfortunately was in the back corner of the upstairs mezzanine which is secluded. It took a while for someone to come and take our order then after a while the drinks appeared but they had run out of cider so one of us had to reorder. Unfortunately for whatever reason the replacement didn’t appear so we decided to pay the bill and move on. Very busy and good atmosphere if you can get a table in amongst it but they just need to take more time looking after everyone not just those on view.
