Absolutely fantastic service from a lovely Irish lady called Mary. Teenagers and uniform shopping isn’t pleasant at the best of times but Mary was patient and informative throughout. When we couldn’t find a logo’d pair of trousers to fit Mary found an alternative and had them embroidered with the logo whilst we waited as we aren’t local. First time I’ve used stitch tech and it was the easiest uniform shopping I’ve ever done. A million miles better than any other school outfitter I’ve been to. Thank you Mary

Reading very mixed reviews but we had a very positive experience with them on 9 September 2022. Haven't required anything new for around 3 years so it's been a while, but needed new NLS PE kit and some items of main uniform. Most items in my daughters size were in stock, just needed to order a jumper which was quick to do online. The girl attending us was excellent, she went out of her way to get the right fit while dealing with a number of customers, nothing was too much trouble. Also think their girls trousers are a much more flattering fit than you get at M&S. Seems like Myton don't have much luck here but for NLS Stitch Tech are great.They are very bad at answering the phone though hence 4 stars rather than 5

I purchased a blazer online and collected in store for my son's last year at Myton school. I had not purchased with Stich Tech before as i have always used a Trutex Brand or David Luke online and attached the Myton badge myself.This year Myton school has issued a video message in regards to a small change in their uniform policy. Within the video it informed us of the small change in the blazer policy following a survey between parents, students & teachers.It was suggested that by purchasing with other retailers, the blazers may be different styles & if the badges were attached on at home then it may not look so smart so the final outcome was to strictly purchase with Stich Tech only so all blazers were the same.Following this policy, i came across a few issues which i feel has not been taken into consideration. In my opinion the blazer looked cheeper, the logo was not straight and after following the size guidelines it was far to short.However the length may not have been a fault with Stich Tech as my son is very tall for the average 16 year old and has to have specific brands of clothes or extra length from specific retailers.Unfortunately Stich Tech could not provide this service as the Myton blazers are all one brand and of standard sizes and lengths.I did try a couple of larger sizes in attempt to gain some length but because my son is of a slim build with broad shoulders, it was just hanging out of shape off him.Upon arrival i explained all of the reasons above for my return. This was met with a rather ignorant response from the Stich Tech retail assistant who informed me that 'they have been in partnership with Myton school for over 5 years and it has always been their policy to go to Stich Tech for their blazers. They also have never sold the badges separately, so it must have been 'years ago' when i done this'I can only assume that he was trying to protect his business because there where customers within ear shot because for the record, i have 2 sons attend Myton who are are only 18(obviously left now) and 16 & i have always been free to shop wherever i wished to because i have always had a badge separate.While it appears to be correct about not being able to purchase a separate badge, it does not mean i wasn't able to remove the ones from the Trutex blazers i purchased with another school uniform provider after my sons had grown out of them.I do believe that they are still in business & have been for years.It does appear that on this occasion the school has 2 options. They can issue a blazer exemption, or they can adjust their policy so parents have the opportunity to purchase elsewhere whenever Stich Tech is unable to help provide a suitable blazer. Seeing as it had gone completely unnoticed by the school that both of my sons were in different branded blazers this whole time i don't see the problem shopping elsewhere.

So today I went to buy my sons first high-school uniform. I was dreading it being stressful and busy and was hoping i wasnt going rushed. It was far from it. Staff are so polite and helpful, it was well organised with plenty of stock, staff get you sorted so your just in an out but also very happy to take the time to answer any questions you have. All in all it was a great vist. A big thank you to vish especially who helped me and my son get all the items needed and also the things we had forgotten about like name tags etc.

I’d like to say thank you to the Staff who were so helpful and supportive for my year 7 son. The young girls that served us were so patient and it was a really smooth experience. Nothing was too much trouble they were so well mannered and curious. Well done to all the staff!

This shop and it’s staff offer ZERO customer service. It was so easy to purchase a quality blazer from a reputed retailer and get it stitched. Fail to understand why Myton School choose them !!!!. Trying to return an item for exchange is an impossible task

Absolutely dreadful customer service. Sold me the wrong thing and then refused to take it back.

Our daughter started in her first year of secondary school and we needed to buy uniform and PE kit. Vish gave us an impeccable service and made a stressful time for us much easier. Thank you for your help Vish. I will highly recommend Stich Tech and Vish
