absolutely disgusting this company will not let drivers in the use the facilities i.e toilet this is against the law hse will be informed

Firstly can we just put something straight on the subject of delivery not being allowed to use the toilets and washroom facilities.After taking advice from the HSE we realised that we as a company had made a rash decision and this was immediately put right so that driver had toilet and washing facilities.Sorry for any inconvenience to any drivers that where affected by our initial actions.

Not allowing drivers that are delivering YOUR goods to use toilet facilities in these times is disgraceful. Hopefully drivers going to your place are reporting you to the HSE in your area

Another company willingly breaking the law through the Covid 19 pandemic refusing toilet access and wash facilities to the drivers bringing in and collecting their loads. Avoid.

I can't say I'm surprised by their rating of 1.3 stars.There is a lad, and that's a nice way of calling him, who act like he's possessed. And he brags being the manager.That kind of attitude tells me that he have some very serious issues in real life, because otherwise a normal person will not act like he does.TOTAL DISGRACE!

Despicable company who go against health and safety rules & regulations in not allowing visiting drivers the use of toilet and washroom facilities.Hopefully the HSE come down hard on this firm and levy a big fine against them for this breaching of the law.

I started a new job there today at 8am and walked out by 10am. I came as a flt/operative. I was tasked with standing on the counter balance forks for the production supervisor to then lift me into the delivery container! Might have been ok in the 70s but HSE is for a reason. Then asked to wash out machine parts using industrial concentrate bleach with no PPE. I asked the 8 workers if they had any gloves and said no that’s how they normally do it. This place wants shutting down! It’s a backstreet company run out of a tiny unit. The managing director should be investigated think his name is Ian. Absolutely shocking! Appalling work conditions for those 8 elderly women you have working for you! You should be ashamed and I hope this gets public. Disgusting

Disgusting place to refuse delivery drivers the legal right to use toilet facilities! Can keep drivers there for a specific amount of time but refuse the right to relieve yourself. Shame on you!

Hope you realise not letting delivery drivers use the toilet is actually against the law. Your behaviour is absolutely disgusting
