Amazing customer service. I bought a Ford Transit it’s been great. I couldn’t make it to the showroom, arranged a video viewing for my convenience as I live far away so they arranged the delivery for me and made the whole process really easy. Their delivery driver was really good with communication and showed me around the van and made sure I was happy with it before leaving. Thank you guys, I will definitely be back to buy my next one. Highly recommended 5 stars!

Whilst buying the van at the Reading showroom the service was really good and all needs were addressed but where Berkshire Van Centre was excellent was with the after service and I was contacted a couple of weeks after to ensure the van was as desired and remained happy which I was! Will definitely recommend for reliable and trustworthy
