You can’t get an appointment!! I’m a college student so I’m pretty flexible, yet when I call at the right times it’s ‘user busy’. I have to press ‘ all again’ AT LEAST 15 times before I get through to the surgery. Then I wait in a cue for 40 minutes ‘there’s no appointments left this morning’.... okay. Try at 12. Same thing, 30th time lucky get through to the surgery and guess what, NO APPOINTMENTS. This is for my antidepressants, I’m completely out and I need a renewal (no prescription yet bc I’ve just turned 18) the side effects of just stopping are dangerous

Dr Taylor . Dr Mckormic. Dr Johnston. Amazing doctors. Especially Dr Taylor. Unfortunately however the appointments system is HORRENDOUS.I work full time. I am unable to ring at 8am and wait on the phone in a que for over 45mins to be told there are no appointments available for that morning ring back for an afternoon appointment and again at 12pm for the same thing to happen again. However on this occasion I had managed to ok it with my boss to move my lunch break so I could ring for an afternoon appointment which I spent my whole break on the phone to finally get through to be told non of the above doctors are in that whole week due to annual leave. These doctors are the only ones qualified to carry out my procedure. I am unable to take a doctor's appointment withing work hours and therefore it has to be when I have finished!!!!! How the hell am I supposed to do this. This is impossible and is effecting my well being and health. You need to rethink this system completely as it does not work for all of your patients.

I just moved to Ossett and registered myself at the Church Street Surgery. My registration was done very fast by the staff who are very helpful. I get my appointments when I need them. The Doctors are kind and helpful. Nice staff. I highly recommend you to register yourselves at the Church Street Surgery if you moving to Ossett. You also have the pharmacist just next door. Parking is available which is good.

After moving to Ossett four months ago this is the doctors that came highly recommended by my neighbours. When you call for an appointment you are greeted by a helpful receptionist on every call. All the receptionists are polite friendly and want to try and help. The doctors are amazing . My four year old son has been ill this week and they have seen him on three separate occasions , nothing is too much for them. These doctors in my experience are the best I've ever dealt with.

Prospect Surgery and Church Street Sugery.Granted - getting through and managing to book an appointment through all the electronic gate keepers is incredibly difficult. Also the waiting on the phone...endlessly... is often frustrating - however, once you are in - you are in. Today I found the reception/medical service extremely good. My young son was very fortunate to have been seen by a very personable Dr Benning. Nothing was too much trouble, he was thorough and I also noted that Mr Benning mentioned aftercare (a follow up appointment for my child). Also, just to add a quick FYI on customer service - when we couldn’t find Mr Benning’s office another doctor (apologies I don’t his name) kindly tried to find Mr Benning’s room by going through the doctors appt’ system. Unable to find his room the doctor then escorted us to reception where Mr Benning was waiting for us. I left this surgery feeling very happy with the level of service that my child received. What more can a patient ask for? Good patient care and a friendly manner. 5 stars.

Awful service, smug and dismissive. Appointment system is horrendous, I tried for 3 days to get a TELEPHONE appointment with a doctor. 15 minutes per call on hold, to be told no appointments, call back tomorrow. Finally a request for a doctor to call me sometime in the afternoon. Very vague. Then to add insult to injury, it wasn't even a Doctor that rang me back it was a practice nurse! Laughable. No authority to help. All the doctors off duty this week, call back next week and someone may be able to help you. Ha! What a joke. NHS complaints/ombudsman will be hearing from me.

Been here a couple of times. The doctor and nurse I saw were both very polite and helpful. Clean spacious waiting area.
