Great place for all you people that want to get drunk cheap. What more can I say about wetherspoons. Cheap drink, food is fairly decent and the staff are really friendly. Good location with a huge outdoor seated area so never without a seat.

Top notch place, first of all the carpet is just as you'd expect from a Wetherspoons pub, busy. In classic Wetherspoons style there's no music, which means you can sit with your alarmingly cheap round of drinks that you've bought for yourself, and enjoy the show. (Which this week was an older lady knocking a man out of his chair to try to steal his walking aid). All in all would definitely recommend, as long as you are able bodied.

Exactly what you would expect from a Whetherspoons pub. Fast service, great prices and decent meals and drink. The building itself is an absolutely fantastic Tudor style grade 2 listed building, with wonderful decoration and lots of rooms with a large beer garden to the rear. Parking is ample at the front too, just make sure you enter your vehicle registration on entering the pub to avoid a parking fine!

The whole place was cold, would expect the hearing on a cold day like today. Food was good if you like to get salmonella from un cooked eggs. The bacon was chewy and cold. Just would not recommend at all

Lovely seating in the back garden and great service.. the food however. Usually a spoons never disappoints but my chicken burger came out not thoroughly defrosted in the bun. Sent it back and they changed it with no questions asked. Everyone else’s food was fine so probably just a one off.

This wasn't bad at all! We was given a huge plate full of food and a rum and coke for £12 each in this current land of price rises We thought this was fantastic! The interior is BEAUTIFUL a gorgeous historical building its just gorgeous!

They have hot drinks machine where you fill your cup yourself plenty of seating for eating in. Weatherspoon breakfast never fails had a lovely valentines date with my son. Reasonable priced. Just a few dodgy characters in here I felt a little uneasy.

Today we went after months to have a relaxing meal which was ok in itself. When we were leaving we noticed a man was being laid out on the floor. The ambulance arrived and blocked all the cars in. They refused to pull out of the way and park in a safe spot to let us out resulting in us all queuing up in the carpark on a cold night. I can see why people get put off by them.Weatherspoon staff need to be trained on seeking out appropriate place away from clients to care for the sick and directing emergency vehicles to the appropriate place without upsetting clients. Complete shambles!
