Been a member for 3 years+. Really friendly, welcoming club with great instruction. Lots of senior belts, all of whom are happy to role with beginners and to give helpful pointers. Come and give it a go; you won’t regret it.

I've been a member for a couple of weeks now and I'm having a blast. The other members were very friendly and welcoming and the instructor is easy to follow and professional.I was very pleased with the price of membership too. £35 for full access to all classes is very affordable. I started with my partner and she loves it as well

Great gym. Top bunch of guys. Very welcoming. The training area is large and clean. There is a vast range of levels and experience from white belt to black. Highly recommended.

I have been training jiu jitsu for a few years but only been training at One for 1 month. Everyone has welcomed me to the group and it’s a very friendly environment. Good range of abilities, experience and safe sparring. Very knowledgeable and helpful coaches and fun and useful training every session.

Great school and amazing people!! A lot of classes in Gi and No Gi. You've got all the levels on the mats and early morning classes make you smile all day :)
