Igor and his team have done a fantastic job in our kitchen. This included some structural work, insertion of steels and removal of walls, putting in sliding glass doors and fitting new kitchen. All the work was completed to a really high standard by Igor and his team. They are 100% professional, reliable, tidy and all take pride in doing a great job with attention to detail. We are delighted with the finished kitchen and don't hesitate to recommend Igor and his team. They are brilliant!

Igor and his team did a great job on our remodelling, which included knocking through between our kitchen and dining room, fitting new flooring and kitchen, installing new windows and removing chimney breasts. The guys were always so considerate, quiet and kind, and did the job to an excellent standard. Really pleased with the work and the finished product, would definitely recommend!

I had a loft conversion done (hip to gable) Igor and his team were exceptional! From start to finish, Igor was better than I could've asked for. They stuck to the time frame that we agreed at the beginning and I never once had to chase them, the team would be outside my house waiting for me to go and drop the kids to school before they would start work, that's how eager they were to get the job done. The fit and finish of every little bit was absolutely spot on. If you are looking for the right team. Don't go anywhere else. You won't regret it

I cannot speak highly enough of the Modernization team. As can be seen from the before and after pictures, they have transformed our kitchen / dining room and created an amazing utility with WC from what was described as an uninhabitable lean-to on our purchase survey. We were so pleased with the work we subsequently asked Igor to do our master bedroom which involved ripping out an en-suite, re-plastering, redecorating, carpentry, cornice etc. to create a fantastic large bedroom.The team were reliable, respectful and extremely skilled in all aspects. Igor's project management was excellent, he always knew what was going on, was always on hand to offer advice and solutions to any issues that arose during the job recommended fantastic suppliers and was a regular presence throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend Igor and Modernization to anyone.

I can very much recommend Igor and his team at Modernization. Igor and the team were professional, polite, tidy and produced work of an excellent standard. Igor took care to help us design our kitchen layout and came up with excellent suggestions that enhanced the overall project. The photos just don't do it justice.Using Modernization allowed us to fully renovate our kitchen using one contractor. Igor and team removed walls, provided the kitchen & large sliding doors, decorated, tiled and laid the floor.Where costs had the potential to overrun we were informed before they did, given options and then left to make our decisions.Overall, we were very pleased with the work and would definitely use them again.

Igor and his team did a brilliant job building us a single storey extension removing internal walls, fitting a kitchen and cloakroom. They worked very hard and are a nice bunch of guys. Igor kept us fully informed throughout the build and managed the build very well. The price was very competitive and work was completed on time. Would definitely recommend Igor and his team.

I simply can't recommend Modernization enough. The team have been faultless throughout - punctual, polite, considerate, super hard working and the results are absolutely top quality.Igor was fantastic from the get go - he has clearly done this many times and was happy to help me understand and visualise how the space would work, what was involved and how long it would take.Stupidly, only 6 months prior to the conversion (before I had thought of it) I had paid for new karndean flooring throughout the kitchen, hallway and diner. Modernization brought extra protection for my floor, put dust sheets everywhere and made sure the floor was brushed and moped every night before they left.I can't think of a single area for Modernization to improve, and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Igor and his team did a great job renovating and updating my Grade 2 listed house. They carried out extensive repairs including to the roof and windows, reconfigured some of the internal layout and walls, replaced all the plumbing & electrics, fitted a new staircase, kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and re-plastered and decorated throughout. Igor was always extremely efficient and helpful, and overall I was very happy and satisfied with both the price and the quality of work. I was especially pleased with the Kitchen, which Igor personally helped design and looks fantastic

Igor and his team done a fantastic job converting two rear downstairs bedrooms into one room with large bifold doors into garden.Can’t recommend them enough, very clean and tidy, always on time and great quality of workmanship.Igor is always on hand if you have any issues.Will definitely use them again for any future projects.
