After a previous garage had failed to find the issue with my wife's skoda twice we brought it here...I cannot fault Richards Bros in anyway. Belt and Braces! They give you time to ask questions! They don't fire the parts cannon but find out what the issue is and change the part that actually needs changing.There is a reason they have a long waiting list... because simply they put quality over speed! In the long run saving time and money by getting it right the first time. Don't expect speed, expect quality!5 stars!

Diagnosed and repaired a fault after 2 other garages tried and failed. Also dealt with the warranty company to reduce my bill, which they had no incentive or requirement to do.

Not happy when I booked my camper for injectors to be serviced the car was running fine when dropped off (I wanted the work done as preventive maintenance before a long trip) i was told it would take two days it took over a week and on the drive home it was leaking fuel over the exhaust and smoking I thought it was on fire, after a tense phone call they had to come out on a Saturday and resolve the problems in the process broke my radiator. I was told they would replace (still waiting) I had to source a new one myself. Because of this I missed a trip I had planned (more money lost) biggest financial mistake of my life use at your peril.

My advice is simple... if you want work done on your vehicle and you prefer to pay transparent and very fair rates for superb quality work then use these guys. They’re well organised, reliable, good communicators, and very importantly they are bloody good engineers. These chaps will always have my business, I’m delighted that they were recommended to me.
