Awful customer service It is almost 2 months since I ordered 6 dining chairs unfortunately no body is answering my emails and calls about my delivery.It is a big shame for your company

Still waiting for delivery. Won’t answer the phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Purchased on 19 Jan and did not receive the order until 10 Feb which was way over the 15 working days they said on their site. Besides, they did not communicate well with customers so we had to chase them and kept wondering that our money which was charged at the point of sale would have been thrown down the drain at all? Luckily, after our persistent contacts, they did reply to our messages after a couple days and then eventually they delivered. It was not a great shopping experience and I would think twice before purchase.

I purchased a circles coffee table which, unfortunately, had a scratch on the top layer on delivery. I immediately reported this by e mail to Glass Vault furniture with photographs of the damage and received a most polite response and a promise to send a replacement top within 2 to 3 weeks. This duly arrived yesterday and was closely inspected to ensure there was no damage to the new delivery. The table has now been re fitted and looks amazing! Glass Vault Furniture personnel have shown every courtesy throughout and I heartily recommend this company for reliability and good service.

Stay clear do not use , before even considering to use this company try to either phone or email them. The product i ordered was apparently in stock, then the order was cancelled due to been out of stock but it is still available to buy online wouldnt recommended wouldnt use

Saw this on the Internet and noticed that it was only a mile away so visited. Ordered a alonso coffee table which was delivered about an hour and a half later and looks lovely. You can't get much better than that.

Awful customer service. I have been waiting weeks for my delivery and nobody is returning my emails/phone calls regarding a delivery date however the money for the product was taken almost immediately!
