Mark and James were excellent in moving my Aunt - who has dementia - to her new home today. Well planned, careful, professional and incredibly patient. They took the stress out of a long day. Would highly recommend them.

This is a slightly delayed review but people complain when things go wrong and rarely when things go well.Mark and his team moved my mother last year just before the first lockdown and as everyone knows this was not the best time to move house.We could not fault the service we experienced, the team took every care with mums belongings, many of which had a huge sentimental value .Everything was delivered to where Mum wanted (even the garden ornaments !) and they made the whole move seamless, stress free and all done with good humour and a smile.These guys really did walk the extra mile and we would and have recommended them to others.

Cannot reccomend Mark and his company highly enough. Had the most stressful and difficult removal day imagine, and this was handled with good humour and professionalism. I have no problem with recommending Mark and his team as I have used his service twice now.The first time was to move my house contents across Lowestoft and the team turned up on time, were very professional in their work ethic and completed the task on time.The second was where I had to move some furniture from Swindon to Lowestoft. Mark and the team turned up on time, carefully wrapped the furniture for transit and delivered all within the same day.In both cases the final cost was as per the quote and you cant get much better than that.Well done Mark and co.

Highly recommended. Very friendly, laid back professional service. Furniture was well looked after, strapped and well packed. Both Mark and James listened to my needs, and understood I needed their help with just the heavier items. As such they were actually suggesting other items they could take in addition to the ones I had pointed out. They show great initiative.Point is they're not a company that turn up and do the bare minimum. You'll feel like you've gained two work horses with your best interests at hear and will do their utmost to help you achieve your goal.They're great with dogs and people alike. I honestly cannot fault their service. If you need help moving, give these guys a call.

Highly recommend. Mark and James were very professional and accommodated last minute changes that happen frequently with the British house selling/purchasing system. They had two very long days getting me out of one property and into the next hundreds of miles away. They never once complained about anything and were extremely careful with all my treasures. Excellent value and a great price especially given how hard they had to work. I have no hesitation in recommending this exemplary company.Jo.
