Great outlet, staff so helpful, had problems with one for all vouchers but staff kept trying to sort it out, unfortunately we are still trying to sort it out. But i recommend the staff 100% & thank them for all their help.

Went with intention of sourcing new golf clubs, hit some balls and was out in 20 minutes, the person serving me did not seem bothered, showed me some clubs but did not discuss my requirements..

Went for a fitting session as I am new to golf and was looking at getting some decent clubs. Tom was very helpful and ensured I had everything I would need to get started with the game. He was very genuine and was not trying to get every penny out of me like most retailers would. I had some trouble with DPD delivering my clubs and Tom and Andy went way above and beyond to help me and give me some peace of mind. I can say they have arrived this morning and I couldn’t be happier. Will certainly be shopping here regularly. Thank you guys so much, would give more than 5 stars if I could!!!

Awful!I bought some clubs 6-7 months ago and was looking to sell and get some money back seeing as I purchased them from the store I figured they would make me an offer. Couldn’t wait to get rid of me as I wasn’t looking to spend any money, 3 blokes with a shocking attitude, only interested if your looking to spend money, wouldn’t recommend to any new golfers!

Brilliant service from Bob in store from start to finish.In the 30 minutes I was with him hitting some balls he has changed my swing already for the better.I left with a set of clubs and a new bag and was never pressured into buying anything I didn't want or need which is important as I'm new to Golf and am unsure about all the different types of equipment. All the staff were great but Bob who I dealt with the most really went the extra mile and is appreciated.Will be visiting again for sure!

First time visiting a golf store in the UK. Not as big as our stores here in the US but they had a great selection and personable staff that made the visit memorable. Thank you.

Had a driver fitting here and wasn’t a great experience. The fitting sessions are a 1 hour allotted slot and I was unnecessarily rushed pretty much from the start. I was testing a couple of drivers and was hitting one much better than the other however I was told that the reason I wasn’t hitting one of the drivers well was because my technique was wrong, not that the club was wrong for me and how I swing or the shaft was too stiff etc. I had no opportunity to test the different loft angles on the club or try different shafts or move the weights around or anything of the like. I’d only hit about 10 shots with the club I was initially looking to buy when I was told “you’ve hit about a billion shots now surely you can make a decision”. Considering the price of the clubs and not wanting to waste money on something I can’t use it’s quite hard to make a decision after 5 minutes, I recon I was in there for all of 20 minutes. Overall just not an enjoyable experience with this specific person doing the fitting and because of this I probably won’t go back there in the future.

Efficient & helpful staff. My husband was happy with the service & the clubs he bought. Though the store isn't huge, it is well laid out. Would have given it five stars but for the fact I could find no women's section for clothing or shoes....definitely male oriented.

I booked in for a driver fitting. Very friendly and knowledgeable. No heavy sales pitches. Ended up with taylormade sim2 max. 20 extra yards on the launch monitor than my current driver.

Absolutely chuffed to bits! We walked past and thought they were closed, we looked in through the window and saw that they were open for business. What lovely sales assistants ... both guys so helpful and so interested. I wanted a long sleeved tops for my grandsons - one each, and came out with two each. My twin grandsons will be over the moon. I will recommend this store to everyone! And I will certainly be back... refreshing not to feel pressurised into buying something. They really did treat us like we were important to them
