i worked for Radius for 10 years on many Liverpool venues. I learnt a lot during my time here and progressed from a new Door Supervisor to a Head Door Man with my own team on a busy venue on Matthew Street. Wouldn't recommend a company more! Professional, Great Management and they actually care about you.

This is my 3rd year working at Radius UK but previously they were my nominated supplier for a previous business. Radius have always delivered a premium service in the Security Industry and my move here was one of the easiest decisions I've made from a career perspective. 3 years on and things have improved consistently allowing the business and staff to develop significantly. I don't feel just a number within this company and supported throughout. Communication and has always be great, always someone from HR or Management available when needed.
