Felt reassured that after so many years of psoriasis, I can finally rely on Dr. Ashley Spencer to treat and control my condition. Personable and knowledgeable and a bonus ..you don't feel rushed like most consultant appointments

Nothing bad to say about the clinic. However the Receptionist over the phone was disturbingly rude. Whilst asking what takes place during a consultation to be shouted at was not what I expected especially if a consultation is £400. Maybe change the receptionist or give her some customer service courses.

Dr. Spencer and the practice were fantastic! I felt welcomed by the friendly practice staff and I was impressed by Dr. Spencer's expertise. Her care and attention to detail made a real difference and the follow-up care was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone in need of dermatological care.

Amazing service from doctors- my treatment has transformed my skin. Am having to give a low score unfortunately for very rude and confusing customer service from receptionists. They have booked incorrect appointments for me, told me incorrect details about price and then have been rude over the phone. Would have given 5* otherwise.

I've attended the clinic regularly over the past 6 months. Each time I feel well looked after and the team are always accommodating if I need to change appointments. My skin looks and feels so much better/calmer, which I noticed even after the first treatment. The environment is always clean, comfortable, has covid safe protocols in place and is well managed.

Dr Ong cancelled appointment with less than an hour's notice with no reason and not so much as an apology. Appalling behaviour at this clinic with total disregard for new patients.
