THIEVES !!!!!Got concrete from this company only to be ripped off by £400 from driver. Was given a reciept for the £820 that we paid, to then recieve the office reciept for nearly half that. When we queried it the driver told the manager, he wrote me a fake reciept at my request because he thought I wouldn't pay. Absolute thieving gits, so I advise anyone going with these to ask the office for a receipt to see if it matches the one the delivery driver gives you.IN Response: You can quite clearly see from YOUR office invoice that you advised for that 7 cube would be needed for that size area and depth.So if I'm the thief how come you advised double the amount of concrete actually needed initially ????And who am I thieving off myself ??? The Jobs was quoted on the 7 cube basis which was £940 ish.Let's go with your idea that I was trying to rip off my customer, I had the written reciept and also you emailed the office reciept to my email. So if it was the case I only paid 480 but wanted to show it cost the £820 all I'd need to do is withold the office reciept and provide the written one. What benefit is it to me to question the fake reciept if I've asked for it????Exactly it doesn't make sense because I never asked for a fake reciept, you quoted 7. Said you supplied 6 but in reality it was 3. So your the ones trying to scam ppl not me.Please do send me your solicitors details, you have my email address.

Rang them today at 2pm and I had my concrete delivered and laid by 3.30pm! I have used this company for years and they have always great service from the first phone call to the last wheel Barrow full being laid, always cleaned the road up after they have finished, always on time and great staff. Keep it up lads!Thanks (bravado builders?

Just had a delivery and I'm more than happy with the service. This was my second load from Aire Concrete and there will be atleast two more loads for the projects planned.I cannot fault the two operatives, both friendly and willing to do what needed to be done. I won't usually stick my neck out and recommend companies of traders but with all good conscience I can highly recommend Aire Concrete.

Excellent service, they turned up nice and early and the two guys were helpful and friendly. An the office staff are efficient and helpful.I used aire concrete for filling a large shed base at home. It was far quicker and very good value for money compared to doing the mixing by hand. So glad I used there service would highly recommend.

Aire concrete have just done a job on the street I live on (7/8/2020) for a neighbor who is having an extension built.The reason I am leaving this review is because when they had finished the job, they hosed down the remaining concrete down the street which ended on my driveway, not only this but the truck obviously has a hydraulic leak as there is hydraulic fuel all over the road, most if which also ended outside my house at the foot of the drive.My partner spent an hour with our pressure washer trying to get it off the road and tot and water down the hydraulic fuel, which smells so strong that none of the people who live on the street have been able to sit outside today, on one of the hottest days of the year.I called the company to ask if someone can come back to try and sort this out and was told that they're not aware of a leak and sometime might be able to come Monday to have a look. It's simply not good enough and my recommendation is, if you want a professional company for any concerting you need doing, look elsewhere if you value your neighborhood.I've taken photos of the mess but for some reason I can't add them to this review.Addition after reply.First of all. I never declined you coming out and regardless of the time of contacting you, it's a health hazard and should have been cleaned either that evening or Saturday at the latest.If you spoke to the owner of the property after speaking with me, she wouldn't have known the mess left as she didn't come home for another hour after our conversation.Hydraulic fuel doesn't small?? Have you ever been around it when it's leaked onto a road, just for educational purposes. Hydraulic fluid fumes often have a distinctive acrid odor.The mess is all over the road and it's not acceptable to be there. If you have a responsibility to clean the road, then you need to clean it asap.As for your truck not having a leak, our neighbor saw your truck leaking fluid all over the road. I have added more pictures to the review, so you can see the mess left and how it still is this morning.I will be contacting environmental health this morning to see what they can do about it. The street has a lot of elderly people and the road is slippy due to the oil everywhere and it's not safe.

I placed an order for concrete for a garden project I am working on which was a reasonable price and delivered on a weekend. The guys who delivered were extremely helpful and hard working and completed the task quickly. They cleaned up the road before they left for the next delivery. I would highly recommend this company especially for small projects like mine where you can pay for the cement you require.

Dishonest and terrible customer service. I had a similar issue to a previous reviewer whereby my car was damaged by an Aire Concrete truck. I emailed to request insurance details and supplied photos complete with concrete dust scrapes on the wing mirror.A gentleman (or not as the case may be) called Gerry Martin responded stating:The damage to the wing mirror is consistent with it being scraped along a wall or similar.Our truck would not have caused damage by gouging the plastic as the photo shows."In addition

I’ve used this company a couple of times now and they are great, helpful punctual and the team that arrived were great this company don’t try to charge you any extra like some do.

I was let down by another concrete supplier. After ringing around several companies I finally found Aire concrete. Very impressed and so happy that they came the same day as the weather would have put the build behind by a week or more. The man on the phone and the lads that delivered the concrete were very helpful. I will make sure they will be my first choice from now on.
