I would have no hesitation in recommending Coast VW, I had a major restoration of my T25 and the work was top class, they kept me informed all the way of the progress, and was a pleasure to work with. Very pleased indeed with the end result.

A great place to get work done on my VW T3 Westfalia Camper - there aren't many places that work on these vehicles. Carried out a complete restoration of my elevating roof. Very happy!

I did loads of research before settling on coast to do my restoration and I'm glad i did. Really thorough and top notch job on my T3. It now looks superb and I have so much more confidence in it, having seen how much detail they went to. They sent me photos all the way through the work and the end result is 'as new'. They know the T3 inside out, and my local T3 engine expert guy really rates the body work they have done, which is high praise. Friendly service and they happily picked me up from the local station when i came to collect. Just ensure you book in early as they are popular.UPDATE: 5 years on, my paint work is still immaculate and no seam rust or body rust whatsoever (and mines an '83, so not galvanised). Top job. I still thoroughly recommend these guys - friendly and competent, and an eye for detail. Its notable that there are vans from various european countries there having work done - they obviously have a reputation for quality work. I had some engine work done this year, and a general service. Van is now running much better. They were very transparent about what did and did not need doing, and did not countenance or encourage unnecessary work. As before, i received pictures of issues that needed addressing, and responsive communication throughout. They have succeeded in fixing my noisy tappets where others failed, sorted front suspension and tracking, and even fixed my dodgy idle (amongst many other things!). Got through the MOT with zero advisories.

I am so pleased that I decided to get Coast VW to do the conversion work on my T25 Westfalia Vanagon which incidentally I brought from them. Throughout the whole process their communication with me was excellent. The knowledge and expertise of everyone who worked on my van could not have been better. I would recommend them highly..

Could not recommend Coast VW more. Pip, Jon and team are experts at what they do, the result of their work is flawless and above all of that they're great people. Our VW's been in their hands for years now and I wouldn't trust it with anyone else.

Its very hard to find people that rarely know what they are on about, I took @BertieVWT25 for some work and i have to say that they looked him over took lots of photos of what they where doing work wise.He will be going back again although its a 7 hour round trip to get him there. So if you need help You should give them a call
