Don’t waste your time! Drove all the way to their showroom to find it closed.Called both of their listed contact numbers which went straight to voicemail.The building looks like it’s been out of business for a while, the surrounding area is dirty and I didn’t feel safe leaving my car there for all of 5 minutes.Avoid at all costs!!!

You don’t even deserve one star. Waste of time, this company cancelled a day before installation after we waited 4 weeks. Then didn’t show up for the rescheduled installation, didn’t even bother to let us know. Avoid them at all cost.

Had a Portway log burner and marble fireplace fitted in October 21.They were very helpfull with selection and they did a great job; it looks brilliant and has worked flawlessly since installation. Would have no problem at all in recommending them.

Excellent service. Installed a beautiful wood burner and hearth. Efficient, neat and tidy and was completed in an afternoon. Would highly recommend these guys. This winter will be a whole lot happier and warmer in our house. Thank you!!

I’m very disappointed with this company. Fitted the stove in an afternoon but left huge chunks of concrete/ cement. Hearth was already there and brickwork behind but they left fire board adhesive on the brick. They tried to put black metal corner irons around the opening which I did not want, them plastered around the opening ad I expected but the guy doing it commented that the plaster would be likely to fall off when the fire was used, the mantle piece I wanted never materialised. They didn’t give me advice about ensuring there needed to a CO2 monitor in the room and didn’t do / give me the fire draught reading for the guarantee or their HETAS number. In my view, all very shoddy.
