Do not use for service unless you want them to break your car and charge you for the privilege of fixing it!! My wife had her car serviced there last year where they charged £450.00 for the service £150 of which was to replace a hose that they broke. Having just had the car serviced by someone I trust they told me that the car has been running on 3 cylinders and whoever serviced it before had made a real bodge job of it.

I am a motability customer so used this Ford garage to purchase (rent) my next motability car. The motability representative was great, he made the process easy to understand and it went smoothly.When it came time to pick up the car the representative spent 15-20 mins explaining the main the main features of the car. He even helped connecting my phone via Bluetooth to the car.I would recommend using this garage to get your next car if you are on motability, the service was great and I was treated like a proper person. Excellent!

We were visiting the county staying with family when vehicle broke down. The RAC were unable to fix and were also unable to recommend a local garage. I called forest gate on the off chance. They said bring it here and we will do our best. The vehicle is now back on the road even though it's not what the garage normally deal with. I would give 5+ stars for the service given, the friendly and courteous staff. Highly recommend.

Had some warning lights on the dash last Saturday which I wasn't sure about. Called Forest Gate and spoke to Carl.He advised me what to do and reassured me it would be ok to drive. On our way in minutes and writhin an hour the lights had extinguished.First class service thanks.

Having worked at a main Vauxhall dealership for some time, I was dubious about booking my car in for warranty work but I need not have feared! I first was made aware of a moderate oil leak when I had my car MOT tested 3 days before my manufacturers warranty expired. To make matters worse, it was in the week between Christmas and New Year so I thought I'd had it and would be presented with a large bill. Again, I need not have worried. I called the service department at Forest Gate and had the pleasure of speaking to an INCREDIBLY helpful lady whos name has unfortunately escaped me. She advised that she would open up the job on the system and therefore my warranty would still be valid. Not only did she do this, but she offered to collect my car from my place of work in Kettering (another main dealer of another brand!!) and redeliver it once the work was complete. The two gents that collected my car were amazing and very polite and well presented. They even went and fetched my car out of our compound as I was busy with a customer. I was kept informed all the way through the repair and it was all covered by warranty! At no time were there threats of diagnostic charges or finding other things that needed doing. Forest Gate Corby really is a credit to the Vauxhall dealership network and I cannot thank you enough for all your efforts as it would have been a very hefty bill if I'd missed the warranty expiring. Thank you :)

I went to this garage as my Vauxhall Astra was cutting out at low speeds. I was charged £100 to have the car looked at and a further £330 to get a coolant fan replaced. The cutting out still persisted after this repair. They took the car back in for a week & then said that my car was actually missing a different coolant fan. I phoned up many times after this point to get the car finally sorted, but i've been promised a call back on 6/7 occasions, with no action taking place by the garage.So, I have spent £430 replacing a fan that wasn't required to be replaced and have been ignored since. You can find a garage with much better customer service at a much cheaper price.
