That was a superb service. The mechanic was with me within 10 minutes of the call. He looked after my car so carefully making sure that he didn’t damage the Porsche .I can’t thank the mechanic enough. He’s what we need more of in the UK.

Rapid and professional response. Our car had to be recovered due to failed suspension and was arranged through our insurers recovery cover. Cant thank Andy and Colin enough for their advice and prompt repair , Unbelievably fast and professional service.

Staff not very helpful when picking up a car for a customer. My driver couldn't get a car on the recovery truck and asked for some help but was told no. I then had to come from Paisley to help him get the car on. Its nice to be nice and when staff are just standing about laughing at an inexperienced recovery driver I think it is totally wrong.

Recovery driver should be disgusted with himself he was west bound on the Edinburgh city bypass, when he was under cutting other vehicles then tailgating other vehicles in the fast lane, absolutely shocking driving from a supposedly professional driver.

I managed to hit a kerb outside my house which destroyed a tyre. As the nearby tyre supplier had no vehicle available to recover my car I was advised to call Ninewells Garage for a recovery. They were very efficient , said it would be within an hour and it was actually only half an hour. They delivered me to the tyre supplier at a cost of £60. Such is the punishment for not paying attention to both a stupidly parked car and the kerbside.

I broke down a very long way home and the gentleman came to recover my car. He called to let me know how long he would be, and tried very hard to get it going but it just wasn't to be. He took me back to where I was staying and was so kind and helpful. Being so far from home and not knowing anywhere was quite worrying but it was totally fine. I wish I knew his name but the service was amazing
