Riverholme Tree Tent

I decided to stay here to try out the tent as I'd never used one of this style before. I was not disappointed! So so comfortable, and in a beautiful piece of woodland on the sloping banks of the river Severn. You get exclusive use of the woodland and its basic facilities, which for me, was a perfect weekend in a beautiful part of the country.Cooking in a dark wood on a fire is something that we don't get to do often, and this venue allows people to do that, in the beautiful west country countryside.Check in was simple, and I was allowed to check in a couple of hours early to fit in with my schedule for the day.Would recommend!

Fantastic off- grid camping experience in a wonderful location overlooking the river Severn. This would be great for anyone who loves wild camping with a few basic amenities provided by helpful and welcoming hosts.The expansive surrounding woodland is enjoyed all to yourselves and there is a firepit for you to enjoy. There are plenty of nice walks to local pubs and shops, the Holt Fleet is a great pub nearby. This would be perfect for any nature and wild camping loving couple or a few friends!

Perfect off-grid weekend! Caroline, the host, is very welcoming/helpful and made our stay effortless. The tent itself is situated in the middle of a private woodland and has an elevated position overlooking the campfire, seating area and beautiful river Severn. There is a compost toilet, washing up area and small sink for washing in but no form of shower should that be of concern. The tent is a really fun experience and provides epic morning views. I would say that 3 small adults would be the absolute maximum for a comfortable night.That being said... this is glorified camping at it's best and we loved it!
