Two hours waiting for the right order to be delivered... Still no pizza. Rang them four times... Pizza on its way.. From the Antarctic?! 5 minutes please... 15 minutes... Driver is 2 minutes away. Lies! Just be honest, or offer a small discount on the next order to ensure repeat custom? CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS. Ordered at 6.20pm. Now 10.15pm and the kids have had no weekend treat. Ordered via Foodhub who don't have the authority to process a refund,even though I paid via their portal. Yankees... Change the Y to a W.

Disappointing Takeaway ExperienceI recently ordered from here and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I had ordered masala fish with chips and 1/2 peri peri chicken with naan. However, the naan was replaced with chips without any prior notice.To make matters worse, when I called the restaurant multiple times regarding the issue, their response was consistently disappointing. They assured me that the correct item would be sent and claimed it was on the way

Awful customer service, keep changing prices, they lie about the toppings. I wanted prawns but gave me tuna, when questioned, said they dont do prawns. Thry put fone down before u finish speaking

Ask if you want sauce but Consistently do not put sauces on the food, consistently forget things such as wings on multiple occasions and the man at the counter who also answers phones is lazy ignorant and rude, complained about a hair and he said none of the workers have hair which I was a blatant lie as I have been in the shop myself. Food is good but it’s a shame they do not care about their customers!

2 hours for delivery! All food cold, garlic bread was like a tasteless cardboard circle. Terrible shame on you Yankees

One of the best places in the northwest.. The place is lovely set out clean and vibrant. The food is some of the best around... From the gourmet burgers and the delicious shakes there is something for everyone.. The peri chicken is the best I've tasted and with the choice of spice makes it ideal.. With the excellent variety on offer you just don't know what to choose but the shakes offer a great compliment to the lovely food. I've been back to the this place afew times and we continued to get fresh delicious food and the staff help deliver that service. The management are geniuin welcoming and if you have any question or concerns will go above and beyond to sort your needs. Highly recommended this place and this is comming from a reviewer who have over 300k view on my reviews and over 22millions views of my pictures.

Ordered a burger meal and paid extra for a milk shake. Rang and told them I had no drink he said he would send it. An hour later still no drink called back said it was on the way told him I just want the refund which he agreed to and didn’t do! Better take aways out there
