Sam was our photographer for our wedding at the end of June and she was nothing short of AMAZING and worth every penny. She was super friendly, lovely and so easy to work with on the day and running up to it! She was always on hand to answer any questions and was always willing to go above and beyond for us! We’ve now had our wedding photos back and we are so happy with them all - the amount and quality of them is unreal and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Sam again!Thank you SO MUCH Sam! You are amazing at what you do and we are so grateful to you for capturing our gorgeous day so well!

Sam is the perfect mix of friendly, professional, and relaxed. She expertly captured every part of our wedding day with so many fantastic photos. We were able to trust Sam's vision after our 'Get to Know You' shoot and it meant we were very relaxed on our wedding day knowing Sam knew what she was doing. I recently conducted a wedding in Derbyshire where Samantha was the photographer. I was totally blown away by her work. The photographs were stunning and the variety and quality of the shots were really exceptional. I genuinely can’t believe that so many amazing images were captured - I genuinely didn’t notice her during the whole ceremony, and yet the images were clear, beautifully composed and felt intimate. She really captured the magical spirit of the day and I know the couple were thrilled with them. Before I left I saw her working with small groups for some of the more formal shots and she was so lovely and good natured with everyone. I really hope I get to work alongside her soon, she’s a real star.

Finding a good photographer for your wedding is one of the most important things you need to do when planning your special day as you will always have the photographs to look back on when your day is over. From our very first meeting at Sam's studio 18 months before the wedding, we knew we had chosen the best... Sam made us feel very welcome, put us at ease, and explained everything to us in great detail.On our ''Get to know you'' photo shoot a month or so before the wedding we had an amazing day with Sam at Calke Abbey. The photographs she took were absolutely brilliant. We have had so many compliments on the pictures.One week before the wedding Sam met us at Donnington Park Farmhouse to plan where we could get the best photographs and to run through everything for our special day.The day of our wedding Sam arrived with Dave and captured every second of the preperation, venue decor, guests and of course the ceremony, wedding breakfast cake cutting etc etc..and then stayed until after the first dance.The photographs we have received ... over 1000 are all brilliant. Sam went above and beyond our expectations, and the sunset photographs were exceptional. I would 100% definitely recommend using Samantha Whiting Photography.

We had such a perfect day at our daughter and son-in-laws wedding (Liz and Dean) and now with Samantha's fantastic photos we can enjoy it all over and over again! She has provided us with an amazing visual record to go with all our wonderful memories. We were so impressed with her professional, yet friendly approach. Wedding 12th August 2023What an amazing photographer and fantastic person Sam is!The whole experience of me having any photos taken of me was pretty daunting…..(I’m usually the one who offers to take the photo or scooted off quick when the camera comes out) can’t really get out of that sort of thing as the bride on your wedding day.But from the very start and all the way through she reassured me and put me at ease, even on the big day too.The ideas and direction she gives to produce some amazing photos of the day and to capture such special moments.You have given us the ability to remember our day forever in many beautiful pictures, we can’t thank you enough Sam.

Sam and her team did the photography at my wedding in August they were absolutely amazing, very professional and made us feel at ease from beginning to the end. Sam knew exactly what advice to give from confetti ordering, to order of events and timings for the big day. She filled me with confidence and most importantly we are over the moon with our photos they captured the day perfectly and I was so pleased to of chosen Sam, definitely would recommend and I'd use her again. Sam was our photographer at our wedding this October and we can’t recommend her enough! From our initial phone consultation all the way through to the wedding day, Sam was super friendly, responded to all our calls and emails quickly and answers any questions/ requests we had.The ‘Get to know you’ shoot was a great opportunity to meet in person and she immediately put us at ease, and we came away with some beautiful photos! We also had the opportunity to meet with Sam at the wedding venue a few weeks before to go through the running of the day and pick out some photo spots.On the day of the wedding, having 2 photographers meant every aspect of the wedding was captured, from the venue set up to the first dance. Even though the weather wasn’t completely on our side, Sam had different ideas up her sleeve and produced some incredible shots.The photos we got back were beautiful and we’re so pleasured we picked Sam to photograph our big day. Absolutely delighted with the photos of our wedding that Sam and Claire took! Can’t stop looking at them! They capture the day perfectly - it can’t have been easy to photograph a ceilidh but they managed to take the perfect photos which showed the fun!Sam and Claire were also lovely to have around on the wedding day, friendly but not ‘in your face’ with the camera!Very very happy!
