AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!If I could give 0 stars I wouldThis firm has to be the worst, unorganised company. We could never get hold of the solicitor named ( Dervise) for over 1 week not to mention no show at court, she never returns calls. Can’t mange her work load and gets her secretary to lie through her teeth about her whereabouts. So unprofessional, will be reporting to governing body for solicitors. You would be better off representing yourself.

I only dealt with them on the phone but the lady was so helpful! Didn't try to bring me in for consultation (fee) like all the other solicitors, told me on the phone whether they could represent me or not, gave me thorough detailed information, answered all my questions and on finding out that they could not represent me the lady gave me all the advice and info I would need to proceed without them! The most helpful person I've spoken to, in any profession, in weeks. If my case changes to meet their criteria (which it might do) I will be calling boothroyds and only boothroyds.

Good criminal solicitors however there is one problem I had when dealing with them and others will also have the same problem if anyone wants to request information they hold about them selves, they ignore the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) rules and charge their customer more than they are legally allowed to (£10) when requesting personal information about yourself (making a subject access request).

Excellent representation from a very professional company. I was kept up to date with my case and well informed at all times of my understanding of what was going on by phone and emails. The young lady who was dealing with my case Miss Jimenez was very courteous, showed empathy and professionalism throughout. Very good customer service from all.
