Gregg came and inspected the property. He concluded that I did not have as big of a problem as I originally thought. He moved my cameras so I could track movement and ensure that the problem does not persist and told me to call him if there are any issues. He did this totally free of charge and said he’s not in the business of ripping people off and will only charge for a job that needs doing. Wonderful service from a lovely man. I felt very reassured and he was so, so helpful. Cannot recommend enough!

We found a wasps nest in our loft and called Protecta just after 4pm on a Saturday afternoon. Greg arrived just over an hour later and within half an hour had treated the nest. He was very good at explaining everything and even shared a video of the work afterwards which was really fascinating!Excellent service, especially at short notice on a weekend.

Very professional and friendly service. I had a pest problem on a Bank holiday weekend and Greg came out on the Sunday afternoon. Less than 24 hours after that it.was sorted.Have to say that the lady on the end of the phone in the office was very pleasant and helpful too.I would have no hesitation at all in recommending them.

Gregg came out the same day as I called regarding wasp trouble & sorted the issue on the first visit. Able to pay by card so no having to mess with invoices & online banking. Well priced & professional. I’d recommend this company to family & friends if they had a pest issue & I would use them again if I need.

What a superb service. This professional came at the time he said he would and offered advice instead of just trying to take our money. I called about a mouse problem expecting multiple visits, he told me how to resolve the problem and even showed me which products to buy and where to source them. He has assured me that should there be any further problems his advice is available and he is only a phone call away. I would most definitely use the services of Protecta Pest Control again.

Great service. I highly recommend Protecta Pest Control for any pest issues. Booking a call out was very easy and Greg came over as soon as possible. We usually have at least one wasp nest in or around our home each year, and Greg always deals with the issue quickly and effectively. He's very friendly and knowledgeable, and we wouldn't use anyone else.

5* (and 10 out of 10) service from Gregg. We faced a tricky situation with rodents having access to our house via our drainage. Gregg was extremely helpful throughout the process to avoid the problems escalating, finding different solutions and being very responsive with the multiple visits required to fully solve the issue. Well priced, professional and friendly. I would recommend Gregg for all the services he offers. He is expert and customer centric.
