Waves Hand Car Wash Tenterden

Just been quoted £25 for a Audi A3 clean inside/out when the inside is pretty clean already. I have been over-charged/over-quoted at this car wash now more times than all my other carwashes in thirty years put together. Waitrose car wash is much better and consistently cheaper

Waves is a superb quality car wash with excellent valeting services at a very reasonable price.They provide a very quick turnaround but always retain a great attention to detail.The team at Waves Car Wash are very friendly, helpful and professional.They have different levels of service depending on your requirements and budget, there is a very comprehensive menu to choose from, however the more work you require will obviously increase the amount of time it takes for them to complete the work.You can either pop in for a quick wash or leave your vehicle with them whilst you go shopping.They have an excellent CCTV system and will keep your car under continuous supervision so you know your vehicle is in safe hands.10 out of 10 in all aspects.

These guys washed my car whilst I was shopping it wasn't cheap the basic wash was £10.00 but the car was very clean n shiny!!

Rip off an over charge. I asked how much to have in an out done on my hatch back which was £25. When I went an payed I was charge £35. I question the price an guy said inside was dirty. Which it wasn’t dirty just needed a hover. Staff r rude. So I pay the £35 on my card. Not till I got home I looked on my bank app an I was charge £40. Absolute rip-off‘s Money grabbing ***** Will never use again.IF U PAY BY CARD MAKE SURE U GET A RECEIPT AN CHECK BEFORE U LEAVE.

My wife drove our 1 month new car for a wash & wax service at the above on Saturday 13/10/18; having looked at the car yesterday, (Sunday), I was somewhat dissatisfied & concerned as there were streak marks on the bonnet which appeared to be sealed under the wax!Today, Monday morning, the bonnet was beaded with rain which, later this afternoon, I wipe dry. The marks appear to have gone.I did complain to the franchise who, to be fair, did response quickly to my email but wanted photos & a receipt which my wife didn't have & of course she'd paid cash too.Since informing the franchise of the above they emailed me to say that they would be sending the regional manager for an urgent site visit & further training if required.

The quality of their car washing/ valeting is exceptional! They do an incredible job!

Normally fine. Terrible today however.Arrived today and asked for a basic clean inside and out. Guy said £25 and asked me to un hook the car seat, so they could clean the back seat, which I did.I came back, got charged £35 for a platinum clean which I hadn’t asked for. I queried this as I have never paid more than £25 before and the two men working there were quite rude and I felt quite uncomfortable.To make matters worse, when I arrived home the back seat, under the car seat was still very dirty as they had not even bothered to check under the unhooked car seat.Very disappointed. Will def not be using them again!

Overall a good experience. No wait to get the car in and it was ready by the time I’d finished my shopping.No issues with the standards of cleaning or the price they’d done a decent job and it didn’t cost an arm or a leg!I’ll certainly be using them again.
