Sitting in the sunshine having tea and cake. Can recommend for lunch and afternoon tea and the girls are lovely. Just look for the red bus.

Overpriced and poor service. Scenery was nothing to be desired of for £25 pp afternoon tea.. Upon arrival of food stand we found a black curly hair in a sandwich and from that point we were cautious with each bite that we took we didn’t want to find another as we found a further hair hanging off the tray plate aswell. Member of staff took the sandwich away and didn’t offer to replenish. Lack of cutlery and crockery was having to use same utensils I’d eaten a kieche with to butter my scone and used a napkin for a plate as staff too busy cleaning up before COB. Whilst this picture isn’t taken from me it is what the venue supply for 3 people and was £75 when you total the per person price. For quality and setting they shouldn’t be charging anymore than £15 pp.

Such delicious food!! I have given this 4 stars instead of 5 only because I feel that they could do a little bit more with the setting while it is not on the bus. The marquee was very tardy and the huge metal water bin, (which we were seated next to) filled with dead plants definitely does not add to having a nice setting while eating an afternoon tea. That aside we had a lovely time celebrating our friend's 50th birthday on Saturday. The food was really delicious, fresh and yummy. We couldn't fault the sandwiches, cakes and scones for their freshness and taste. Everything did taste amazing and helped towards making our dear friend's bday a memorable one for her. The service was good too. I would definitely recommend for the food.

Brilliant! Lovely cream tea and lots of it - we couldn't eat it all so we took the rest home. Unlimited pots of tea in proper China cups. A novel experience upstairs on an old London bus. Friendly staff, a perfect afternoon.

What a fabulous afternoon on the bus, with the Rayleigh Brunch Club. Victoria and Jane took such good care of us and the food was delicious, fresh and such good value. All the ladies had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Came across this place by accident as we were using beeches road as a cut throughI have been 3 times in total. The service is excellent.Cake and food portions generous. On a hot day the ambiance of the place fantastic. However today in the marquee it was freezing and at one point we thought the whole thing was going to blow down .So if they want winter custom that has to.be worked on.

My plan was to have coffee and cake here but I changed my mind about cake when the only options were Sainsbury's Stamford Street chocolate fudge cake or madeira cake. I'm sure the cake is nice enough but when they are charging £4 per slice and you can buy the whole cake in Sainsbury's for £4.69 I thought it was very over priced! I also think the coffee is instant. There's nothing wrong with instant coffee apart from when they charge £3.00 per cup!
