Stopped here for a quick snack for the first time with my son and couldn’t have faulted the service upon arriving and leaving. After ordering food and waiting for around 5 minutes with 5 other people In front which we didn’t mind waiting for, the staff noticed we had been waiting after everybody else had their food and a very lovely female manager came to ask us which number our order was and said it wouldn’t be long which we were really stunned and happy with. Shortly after our number was called we were offered a free McFlurry for the inconvenience and once eaten our food a kind male worker took our tray and asked us if everything was okay with our food. Also very clean restaurant with cleaners present mopping and wiping the tables. Impressed with this outstanding service from McDonalds, all staff very polite!

Great service great staff, lovely waiter on the dining floor flosting around chatting to people including us had a lovely conversation that ended if you need any help just shout me which you dont get now a days. Fast food as youd expect and all up to par!

Ben the lobby host was extremely helpful with our order and was constantly cleaning to make the lobby perfect. He made our experience much better and was extremely friendly.

Called in for a quick snack before going fishing. Set us up for a good day. Fast and friendly service. Only gave four for atmosphere due to it being early and we were the only people there.

Just been served (02/08/23) by an older looking blonde female… after waiting for over two minutes at the drive through speaker she eventually asked us for our order. She was rude and confrontational and after I raised the point that her service (or rather the establishment she works for service) was lacking (at 3:30AM on a Wednesday) she told me that I would “get my food when I got it”. Given that I was unhappy with this level of service I asked for her at the window… initially she appeared but shyed away once I started to lay down the facts of what happened. After this I spoke to her shift leader who was slightly less incompetent than she was. As per, extremely disappointed with this service.

We only had a latte and it was Luke warm, there is always a problem with the lids they always break, staff are always helpful

Did not seem to have enough staff working and those who were, seemed disinterested.Many customers were standing about waiting an inordinate amount of time for their food. I waited for 20 minutes for a quarter pounder meal without cheese. When it did arrive, although the sticker on the packaging said No Cheese" it had cheese on it. I went back too the counter and after waiting 5 minutes to attract someone's attention

what is the point in the drive through when they just make you park up and then never bring your food out correctly. there is nothing fast about this food at all. they are all incompetent its not rocket science.
