Cottage Stoves Wirral

Have to change my views now sadly, we wanted a sweep, it was arranged, re-arranged, they could not attend due to injury, fair enough but they now don't seem to be able to re-arrange and provided an alternative sweep name..?? We have tried calls, contact form and email and they don't get back to us! So not sure what we will do now, poor service from previously reliable firm.Real shame as we had thought to buy another stove ...Had the wood burner some months now - well worth the investment, also we have found the logs they sell are the best. When the fire was installed Alan and his team were great and kept mess to an absolute minimum, protecting floors, surfaces etc

This company knows there stuff, from the stoves in the shop to the work that needs to be done in your house. Very happy with the knowledge and installation of my wood burner. A detailed installation has been completed. I would recommend!
