Visited an Saturday. Great selection of bikes on offer at very good prices. Made a small purchase of a solar charger but will be back for servicing work. Showed me through the very tidy workshop. Good experience.

Avoid, Avoid, AvoidWorst experience ever with a motorcycle dealer. Never had a car dealer as bad either. Very slow, very expensive, and shoddy.I had to take the bike back 4 times due to defective work. That backfired because they ripped me off a second time by blaming me for causing a brake problem, directly after they had been working on that brake.I know I'm not the only angry customer because I've seen others there with similar problems.In the end I gave up on them and took my bike to a competent mechanic to get the remaining problems fixed.Read Conor's review - it is the only one that is accurate. Most of the positive reviews are from employees, friends and family of the owner.

I had a 125cc Honda Silverwing I was looking to sell after I passed my full test, so went to these guys just to tidy it up to help sell it. All I asked for was an oil change and a new rear tyre. That's it.Suddenly the scooter needed a new alternator despite running fine, and was over serviced to an insane degree. It ended up costing me £490 in total, despite just asking for a new rear tyre and oil change. Not once was I contacted about any of the extra work they wanted to do at all.After I got the scooter back the top box was completely scratched and dented, like it had been dropped against a wall or shoved into a tight space, and I was missing the matting that goes over the plastic under the seat.When I asked about the extra work I didn't want and the topbox damage I was just told The invoice said you wanted a full service to sell the bike on

Was talking to John the owner and told him what my bike needed. He said no problem, leave it in the next day and you'll have it back in a few days.I left the bike it, gave the man at the desk a very specific list of what needed done.2 weeks later (11 days after I was told I'd have my bike back) I finally get to pick it up.I was so excited to get back on the bike I paid and left and didn't think anything of it.Later that night I was looking at the invoice. They hadn't done one of the 3 things I asked them to, and did loads of work that didn't need done, brake line flush, oil and filter change (which I had done myself a week prior) and also charged me for the oil they used, 3 times over.Now, if the work needed done or if I had said yeah sure just make sure it's running well" that'd be different
