Have been coming here on and off for years including before they changed to the new name. Bought chips and a barm cake a few days ago and the following night, I felt sick and woke up with terrible diarrhoea. TMI but I threw up and the only thing in there was the chips. Can’t think of anything else that would’ve caused this as I hadn’t ate anything else. When I opened the food, the chips did look undercooked/anaemic but thought it’d be alright. Turns out they weren’t. Will never return here and have been put off chippy for a very long time.

Got a chicken chow mein was the worst thing, didnt eat more than a 2 bites stale old veg with something, i thought was chicken but wouldn't be able to recognise it by look or taste. Won't ever be getting anything from there again.

The chips and gravy are really flavourful and the waiting time is very reasonable. The person at the counter is really friendly and hardworking. I would totally recommend this if you want something to eat.

Amazing quantities it was too much for whole family and we only ordered 3 things, great taste especially the sweet and sour chicken . Staff was friendly

Where are these people coming from, must have there own people giving stars ,I just had the combi for £7.80 totally dry food. Discusting food, yesterday's leftovers I did'nt want to leave any stars. Changing the name does not make the food taste nicer. Don't bother there is nicer takeaways just as close. Go elsewhere. The next review will be a good one from a friend or relative
