I've had my Endurance door just over a week now, and looks great, very solid, provides the additional security we're after. It's rained a lot since installation no leaks / issues. Scott was very courteous, quick and took the time to run through the height positioning of the main door bar handle with me before setting this up.Happy to use Caddy Windows again in the future.

We are very pleased with our windows from Caddy. Scott and Dan did an amazing job. We had an issue with two of the windows, from manufacturing, but Scott got this sorted straight away for us and these were replaced within two weeks. Would highly recommend.

A great Bristol based company to deal with. Somewhat reluctantly we had to change the original 1930's windows in our house. In my job as an estate agent over the past 25 years I've seen lots of houses with terrible UPVc windows. By contrast the flush fit casement windows fitted by Caddy are an amazing product. High quality, sensibly priced (you get what you pay for to some extent) and expertly fitted with the team going over and above. The house is much warmer, quieter and from the outside the windows match the originals preserving the period character. Thoroughly recommended.

We’ve just had a very complex job completed by Craig and Scott. We needed a large internal glass window to exactly match the glazing directly above, as well as replacing an external window, also complex because it was an unusual shape. They were brilliant: Craig is a total perfectionist which is just what we needed, and both did an immaculate job! We couldn’t be happier with the end result. They were courteous, friendly and also tidied up after themselves so there was zero mess. Craig also spotted a crack in the frame of the external window (purely cosmetic) which we hadn’t seen, and immediately ordered the replacement part. Thank you Craig and Scott for a great job!

Great window fitting, Craig and Charlie gave amazing service - made recommendations to ensure everything ended up as we needed and asked questions throughout whenever a decision was needed. Left everything tidy and the windows are fantastic quality - can feel the warmth difference already!

We couldn't recommend Caddy Windows highly enough and would suggest them to anyone looking to get their doors or windows changed. We had all of our old single glazed wooden windows replaced with double glazed flush casement windows. We were worried about how this change would effect the look of our home but we couldn't be more pleased with the results!From the start of the process Jamie made it so easy when going through the design process and was so helpful with his recommendations and showing us all options available. We never once felt pressured into making a decision and Jamie gave us the time and patience to make a decision.When it came to post purchase and waiting for the installation we were kept up to date throughout and the install took place on the date originally given to us when we paid for the windows. Ben and Callum did our initial install and were great, I couldn't fault them at all and our dog was so pleased to see them every day too!We had a few snag issues which had to be sorted at a later date which were no fault of Caddy Windows. These were all sorted out as swiftly as possible and the after care team have been amazing to deal with as well. Joe and all the install team we had interactions with were nothing but polite, friendly and helpful in explaining solutions.We were very nervous with our decision to change our windows but we couldn't be happier with the decision we made! Our windows look great and are even better than what we could have expected. Thank you team Caddy Windows!

Not only was the price unbeatable but Craig and Scott were brilliant with the installation. Punctual, friendly, hard working and did an immaculate job. Tidied up as they went along too, nice touch, that didn’t go unnoticed. Would definitely recommend!
