After Mum was placed on palliative care we were asked if we would like Gain care to help with personal care for her. Nette and her team came in and turned our lives around, their gentle approach and wonderful attention to care and professionalism was outstanding, Mum looked forward to their visits and loved each and everyone of them. Thank you Nette and your angels for all the love, kindness and exceptional care.

Gaincare came to care for my dad in March 2020Coming from experience in care I was optimistic...how wrong I was.. The care my dad received was above and beyond he was shown nothing but digitally and respect throughout, Gaincare became my dads second family they did all personal care, night sits, and daily sits they where mine and my sisters saviors without Gaincare me and my sister would have struggled to keep my dads final wish true. I myself have so much love and respect to all at Gaincare.. itia and netty you too are amazing... you have built a family

I would like to thank Gain Care staff for the sensitive, compassionate and empathetic care they provided for my husband Roy, who was recently on palliative care. From the first professional introduction I had confidence that I was in safe hands and this proved to be the case. The support and respect they gave me was also first class and I cannot praise them enough for the help they provided during this painful period in my life.

Having had no experience with the care system until my recent illness and terminal diagnosis, I was somewhat wary as to what I was expecting. I should not have been worried at all.Gain Care have been excellent from day one. They have listened to all my requests and have , whenever possible, fulfilled them.The staff are unfailingly polite and never fail in trying their best to do everything I ask. I have never encountered a single person who was awkward or unpleasant and am sure I never will.I have no hesitation in recommending Gain Care to anyone and everyone.

Nettie and the Leeds Team picked up Mum’s care following discharge from hospital. They impressed with their professionalism and commitment to Mum’s wellbeing and care. They took time to fully understand her needs, created an adaptable care plan, and developed good communications with other family members. It was clear from our observations and comments from Mum that every member of the team gave 100% to improving her quality of life.I have no hesitation in recommending Gain Care to others.

My husband was discharged from hospital one year ago, he was Fast Tracked & it was palliative care only. He was terminally ill, fortunately he has recovered very well. Gain Care were on hand to help us through a very difficult time. The carers are pleasant, gentle & very helpful, they could not have been kinder & I’m sure this contributed to his recovery. We always had a laugh & a joke when they came & that always cheered him up. I can recommend them most sincerely.
