I usually love coming here, but I was appalled by the staff's lack of food hygiene. During the hot weather, two staff members (who looked so uninterested and genuinely couldn't care less) constantly left the glass cover that protected the food open and flies constantly crawled over the meat and sauces. This was when there was no crowd so there shouldn't have been any excuses! The two staff members were hiding in the kitchen, one was scrubbing the same spot of the floor for nearly ten minutes and one was so unaware and never thought to look out to see if there were any customers for at least ten minutes. This whole time the glass cover was left open and several flies crawled over the meat.Pure disgusted about the thought of flies potentially laying eggs and contaminating with the several diseases they carry I won't be back for a long time. The usual staff are genuinely so lovely and care so much for the hygiene of customers but the new staff they're employing are ridiculous and very mundane.

Really lovely Subway - been a while since I was last in and the new interior is very clean and well kept. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, taking my order quickly. A very satisfying experience overall.

Really poor. The girl looks uninterested and bored, and throws the food onto the bread like its nothing. If you don't like your job, get a new one. Not that you'd be hired. It used to be good, but those days are long, LONG gone. 0/10.

Not good at all. I'd probably go as far to say it's the worst eating establishment in Limavady. Which is a shame, as it was quite good maybe 10 years ago at this stage.Now the food is not good, nowhere near as good as it was, but that isn't even the biggest issue. Other people are correct in the staff being apathetic towards hygiene protocols. Not once, but twice in the more recent times I have visited, a member of staff (who was preparing my order) stomach was protruding all over the sandwich. Revolting. Didn't want to say anything at the time, out of politeness, but it happened twice and rest assured those sandwiches went straight into the bin. Waste of food, waste of money. Why is the hygiene authority not doing something about this?And secondly and again, other people are absolutely correct when they say this. The customer service is appalling. It is one person in particular (and if you've come across this person you will know exactly who I am talking about) and she is the rudest, meanest, nastiest individual I have ever come across. Not suitable for ***any*** customer facing role, but get this - I believe she is the MANAGER! Definitely would be gone day one, if I owned the franchise.So yeah, revamping the interior, as they have done in the last year or so is really only throwing money into the wind, if you don't address the root problems - surprised they're still open.

Went today for a takeaway sandwich for my son. Only 1 other customer yet waiting to be served by the single assistant seemed to take forever. I waited patiently without complaining & she called another assistant from the back to start my order. This 2nd older assistant clearly didn't want to be bothered to serve me... the sour, glum look on her face said it all!! No informal greeting whatsoever, just a look of disgust at me. This most unfriendly assistant must really hate her job! I left without placing an order ...didn't want to be served by someone who it seemed I was giving such a lot of bother! No complaints about the 1st assistant but training in customer approach is desperately needed for this assistant in this subway outlet.
