As part of a house purchase we commissioned Gary to investigate and provide a report on a number of trees adjoining the property. The investigation and report provided at short notice as well as providing a great deal of comfort has given us a baseline against which going forward we can monitor tree condition and health.

This Company have now submitted 3 separate Planning applications to cut down the same trees in a conservation area. The 1st was refused and preservation orders placed on the trees by Manchester City Council. The second application was withdrawn and as local residents we are now subjected to a 3rd application by this company relating to the same property.
