Called in to see if he could replace a broken iPhone 8 screen. Not only did he replace the screen within half an hour (while I had a pint over the road) he also gave me a free screen protector. Would definitely use again. Fast and efficient service.

DO NOT use them. I paid £65 for a charger port replacement. Picked up the phone and within 30 minutes the whole phone stopped working.They refused give a refund and became extremely aggressive when challenged.£65 out of pocket and now the phone is completely broken. £800 to replace the phone.

Took my iPhone here recently thinking it just needed a new battery. The very nice man working that day (Mattio?) informed me there was also water damage which was the likely cause of the problem but also the battery did need replacing regardless so to try this first. He replaced the battery however the problem persisted and the water damage meant the phone was beyond repair. I was refunded the cost of the new battery in full without question. Great service and a lovely guy. Will be using again in the future.

Had to get my phone screen replaced after some water damage. They sorted me a new screen, removed the water from inside my phone, and then added a screen protector at no further cost. Was in and out in 10 minutes. Top service - phone is fully working again and exceptionally nice staff.
