Rochella offered excellent customer service to a large and complicated order we placed for some Ed Sheeran plush toys, everything was done with great attention to detail and in good time. She even went outside of usual product range to arrange for special larger plushies (6ft tall) for the artist and their tour. Very happy with the service and will definitely use again!

Custom Toys helped us produce a wonderful penguin soft toy with removable eye, to be used by our charity who support children who may undergo enucleation from retinoblastoma - a rare form of eye cancer. Christian, Olivia and team were extremely professional and patient with our numerous prototype designs and changes. We’re delighted with the final product and it has been so impactful for the children that receive it.

We have recently gone through the process of designing and producing a cuddly toy to go alongside a picture book designed for younger primary school children. Working alongside Ian at Custom Toys has been a very positive experience. Ian has been knowledgeable throughout and kept us fully informed at each stage of the process, happy to add advice when needed. The design process was thorough and enabled us to make refinements along the way. The whole process was very much geared to ensuring we would be happy with the product. Once finished, Ian was clear about deadlines and when we could expect different stages to be completed. We are really happy with the final result now and are sure lots of young children will benefit from learning with our book, Milo’s Money and the super toy Milo which now comes with it. These guys did such a fantastic job with our toys. In the midst of the chaos surrounding Covid-19, they kept us fully up to date on the progress of our order and even through in some extras for the inconvenience of us having to wait longer for them.
