The Mill House
Hired the back area for my sons christening. Kieran and his team were absolutely excellent. The menus were personalised with his name on it also. The service was terrific, the room was set up exactly how we wanted it. Was a great day and will continue to use the mill house as the food is always superb. Thank you very much again. Cannot recommend enough.

We really enjoyed the food. I would definitely recommend the squid to start as it was cooked to perfection. staff were also very helpfully. We especially enjoyed the cocktail and drinks selection. The atmosphere was great if you are after calm and intimate environment. I'd definitely go again and recommend to a friend.

The Mill House
We recently had a family get together at The Mill House in Stewarton. The menu was extensive and what we had served to us was first class. I had the sea bass with prawns and it was mouth watering. However it has its bad points. The service was slow and while we knew that it was expensive we were not prepared for the size of the servings but also the additional cost of Vat being added to the price stated on the menu ! Will we be back, think not at those inflated prices.

Service was a little slow considering it wasn't massively busy (took 40 minutes to get a couple of sandwiches & chips). Food was okay. Servers were friendly enough, some seemed busier than others though. The decor is really nice.

Food was excellent, especially after a nice walk around the local woodlands. Staff where very helpful and extremely patient when dealing with a hungry and impatient toddler.Will make the effort to come back again.

Absolutely loved this place. The Mill House has a modern clean feel and is spilt up in to two. One part is a restaurant and the other a bar. We went into the restaurant which had a nice casual vibe. The staff were friendly and the food was absolutely amazing. Perfect place to enjoy a meal and relax. The cocktails are fantastic too... I'd recomend popcorn coffee martini.

This is one of our favourite places to be. It is in such a beautiful location and particularly the drive from Glasgow south to here is beautiful. The restaurant has a very good menu and their service is very friendly and awesome. Our food was great but I noticed the portion sizes were not exactly same between 2 similar items (of course a very tiny niggle). My family did not enjoy the cauliflower bao buns as they tasted pretty bland and must be improved but other than that all our food was great.

Second time visiting tonight and it was even better than the last! I’m usually quiet attentive and can be critical when visiting new places having managed hospitality venues before, but The Mill House passed with flying colours. The service was very attentive and speedy even during a busy Sunday lunch and tonight on a Friday evening, the food absolutely delicious, everything tastes yummy and fresh with great choices on the menu. Atmosphere and decor are just on point, the right amount of lighting and music to create a cosy yet buzzy space. I really didn’t expect to find such a gem of a place so close to our new home in the middle of nowhere. But I’m so glad we did cause this will most definitely be our go-to moving forward.

First visit and this is a lovely restaurant with beautiful decor and a nice wee outdoor seating area. Plenty dishes on the menu to choose from and the food was delicious with ample portion sizes. I sadly have knocked a star off as the service was quite slow despite the restaurant not being very busy.
