Charged £70 for a call out when the Work was actually under guarantee from them.Quotes much more expensive than other damp specialists in the area.Worst of all was the attitude and language used by whoever manages their email inbox. Incredibly rude.I have requested that they never contact me again.

Avoid them! Workers spend more time smoking out of your house that doing the work and they're so nice that add to the scenery an unbearable non-stop music at super high volume that will make your neighbours remember you for ages and call you in desperation, apart to the fact that apparently they were peeing in my garden (?). No words, avoid them

An area of failing damp proof course came up in the survey of a property and as the DPC had a guarantee with Craft by the previous owners, I contacted them. Jonathan was prompt at inspecting the property and the following week Nathan came by to do the remedial work. Nathan was diligent, professional and very tidy - all covered by the guarantee. Would recommend, fantastic service.
