I found all the staff to be really friendly and very helpful. My old HiFi Amplifier is now up and running once again in my lounge thanks to the brilliant repair made to it. I also thought the cost of the repair was reasonable by todays standards. I would not hesitate in using them again and would highly recommend if you like a firm with the personal touch who still know how to talk to customers then this is the place you need to go to. Well done and thankyou.

I like Robinson's, not many companies like this left, local and personal service and a very good service too. I've used before when my large Samsung TV broke and thought I'd have to buy new but they collected, fixed n fitted new transmitter I think, Nd reinstalled saving me hundreds. I recently called for them to supply and install/set up Freesat recordable box, they arranged best day for my convenience. Same price as national/online but old fashioned service and I know if it goes wrong they will sort.If you want proper old school personal service with added security of local small firm I'd happily recommend.
