The service is appalling. Staff didn’t understand what I was looking for and there were two people at the tills who didn’t know what to do! No staff available to open up other tills. Waited over 40 minutes in the queue then left without my items.Won’t be going back to this store again!

Although you get good value for money I find it hard to buy things I get regularly due to the fact availability is a big issue with pet foods as they never seem to restock many items and deals or special offers I find on line are never available in my local store also the option to check availability by phone says press 2 to check but your then told that they can't check by phone so why have the option 2 button then ?

Constantly long queues and only one or two tills are ever available. Staff are super helpful (hence the 2 stars) but they look like they are always running around must be the workload thrown at them. The heat in this shop is disgusting, it’s like they have the heating on. Fans not working but they have them, look at the dust in this place! I’m allergic to dust and I won’t be going to this branch again.

Shame they moved from slough queensmere . Great place to shop . Stock up . Browse and find things you didn't know you needed . Have bought shelves emulsion paint .. kids toys food on rolls all sorts there and at a fair price
