I am very happy with the communication and representation that I received. I highly recommend this firm. They are very honest and explain how things work according to the law I appreciate how well I was supported throughout the whole process.

Stalling and uncooperative. Unprofessional, they badly advised and miss wrote details, then lost the original family paperwork they were holding which cannot be replaced. They don't respond back to enquiries. Due to this we have missed important court schedules. Costly delays have been well over 6 months so far due to their mistakes. Disgusting treatment of clients given the devastating circumstances. My poor dad would be horrified if he knew!

I had a consultation with Keith Bull yesterday. His knowledge was impeccable and the advice provided was excellent. I highly recommend Keith and his services.

This place is very toxic. The receptionist is not friendly at all, she is not welcoming and has a very bad attitude. Bad attitude and very rude, I will not recommend this place.It took them 4 weeks to book my appointment after I provided everything. First appointment I was told my documents I printed was not clear enough, another appointment was booked for me to provide proof and clearer copies in order for my legal aid process. Came back and was advised my documents was still missing.Chiara was not helpful at all. She really did seem like she wanted to assist me in any way. I asked to speak to the manager, explained what happened and I was shut off by the manager. She advised to signpost me somewhere else. They will no longer be taking my case.I wasted 3 months of nothing done, to help me with legal aid from abuse situation I was in . This is the worst I have ever experienced from a Solicitor.

We recently attended Bromleys to have new wills drawn up and also power of attorneys.We would highly recommend Francesca Rigby. She was extremely professional and made the whole experience stress free. The whole process was very efficient and dealt with in a timely manner.We would not hesitate to recommend this solicitor to our friends and family . We have complete peace of mind that our affairs are in order.

Went today and met keith bull nothing was to much for him very helpful and put my worried dads mind at ease 5*
