Bought Bed Frame and Mattress in store as part of a promotion. The Frame arrived and is exactly what I wanted, no issues with that, hence why this review has got 3 stars rather than 1.The mattress on the other hand feels nothing like the one I tried in store, I don't know if it was mislabeled in store or what, but the one that was delivered is nothing like what I tried. However, because of their non-existent return policy for mattresses once you've opened the packaging there is nothing I can do and there's no way to get a refund.Don't fall in to the trap I did, DO NOT BUY A MATTRESS FROM THEM.I recommend going to any shop that offers a sleep guarantee period so that if you're not happy with the mattress you can return it.

Very pleased with the customer care in the Worcester store. The assistant was helpful without being pushy and he stood back to let us discuss and decide which suite we wanted. The delivery time is a little long at 3 months but to get the sofa and chair we wanted, we were willing to wait. We took advantage of the discounts over the bank holiday and were given 2 furniture care packs when we opted for the 5 year protection cover. Very reasonable at £95. So overall very happy so far although cannot comment on delivery yet!

Not usually a fan of Oak Furniture land as in the past the sales colleagues have badgered me and followed me around the store. This time was better and after initial engagement I was left to browse. All that said there are some nice products on offer.

Don't bother.Furniture was due today, had confirmation yesterday and a time slot allocated. Taken my bed down and gotten rid of it.. no furniture has arrived. I called to chase and got told they don't know where it is or when it will be here. All day chasing and speaking to numerous people and I am no closer to knowing where any of my furniture is or when I am likely to see it.2k of my money and 99 pounds delivery for it to not turn up and for everyone to keep fobbing me off.Branch staff are polite and were great during the sale however just keep telling me to speak to customer services who tell me they don't know where the furniture is, why it didn't come or when I will get it.Off to sleep on the floor for further notice..We are now a week later and my bed was due this morning! It's turned up.. ON TIME. Its broken in 3 places.. so back its gone. Still no bed and matress and still no sign of all the other furniture.

After being messed around by a company online we decided to check out other options oak furniture land in Worcester was our first stop. A little more expensive but after talking to the bloke there who assured us their company wouldn’t never have a delay with there orders we decided to go for it 5 weeks later and time for delivery we was given a time slot but the next day we was called to say sorry we can not deliver your sofa now until next year!!! I would recommend you not listen to their adverts that state delivery before Christmas because you will be disappointed but also stuck with your old sofa for Christmas

My wife and my self we had to go there to find out missing leg for our settees because we found out it was missing. We spoke to a very friendly man which gave us a phone number for there company so fit . BUT we found out it was fitted when made because the metal nut was not fitted in hole so the leg could not be put on when made ,we found out when turning over to fit a new spring to the baseSO if you buy new check it before have fitted in your room . Next time we will check it.

I bought a recliner. Paid a good amount so I could have the comfort I needed having Osteoarthritis. The chair felt perfect when I tried it on the shop floor. It was not what was delivered to me. Didn't last a year!! It always had a tilt and so was uncomfortable. At first they kept denying it. Then the padding was changed. Didn't help. I reported It many times to them. They sent one of their men out again. I had a feeling nothing would come of it. It was denial again. I am at this time still paying for it. They won't do anything to fix it! I wasted a lot of money. I bought a good corner suite and a 3seater from other stores at the same time I bought this recliner and have had not one problem with them to date! You maybe ok buying wood furniture, bought I would not recommend buying any suites or chairs. I will never buy anything from them again. First and last time.They talk the talk on the show room floor. After sales, they don't do the walk.

The worst customer experience I've ever had. Bought a computer desk November 2020 and took delivery of it in May 2021. All was fine. May 2022 the desk has developed a huge split straight down the middle of it which has caused a ridge and is very sharp. Tried ringing multiple times and have spent hours on hold over the past couple of weeks. Eventually got through to someone who said that as my 12months warranty expired three days ago there is nothing they would do. I informed her that I'd been trying for weeks to get through but nobody ever picks up! Now I'm left with a desk which is fairly useless and the split is only going to get bigger.

I ordered a sofa from oak furniture land on October 15th 2022.i asked if there was any chance of having it for Xmas delivery.i was told we will try .so I paid in full for it and when I looked at my invoice it actually said February 14th.i was in no rush so I have waited patiently for it to be delivered today.i had a message yesterday to tell me it would be delivered between 7.30 and 10.30 this morning!! OK great...we got rid of our old sofa yesterday and then I had a message this morning at 8.05 to tell me it would not be delivered until MAY 16TH AT THE EARLIEST!!!.I am so angry .I have had to cancel my order as I can't wait another 4 months for a sofa.we now have 1 chair to sit on.believe me I will NEVER EVER USE OAK FURNITURE LAND AGAIN and I urge anyone else thinking about it not use them either.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. Ordered a sofa back in July 22 with a delivery date some time in September 22. A week before delivery I had a text to say the delivery had been cancelled and that I needed to reschedule, so I did, for the earliest time available, which was November. November came and a week before delivery the same text message came through to say the delivery had again been cancelled. So I rescheduled delivery for December (4 days before christmas) and the sofa turned up, but the left module was a completely different colour to the rest of the sofa. After a lengthy chat on the phone they agreed to come and swap the incorrect module for the correct one. The date was agreed and I have booked the day off work, and today the van turns up at my house... without my package. You genuinely couldn't make up a worse comedy of errors. Now I have been told that the earliest they can deliver the correct module is 14th February, almost 8 months after I placed the order. They are totally incapable of fulfilling orders and I am considering cancelling altogether and getting my money back .
